The Clarinda City Council tonight will hear a presentation on tobacco-free parks and also hold a budget workshop during tonight's session.

Also on tonight's agenda will be a discussion on eliminating traffic control devices at 16th and Washington Streets. Tonight's Clarinda City Council meeting gets underway at 6 o'clock at the Clarinda City Hall Counci Chambers.
