The St. Joseph City Council meets tonight.

The agenda includes a $118,000 sewer system improvement for the 3400 block of south 22nd Street in St. Joseph, appointing Lucas Moore to the downtown economic stimulus authority of St. Joseph, the purchase of a mini-van for the public works and transportation department, and a nearly $43,000 2013 sewer rate study. The St. Joseph council meeting is at City Hall starting at 7.
