The St. Joseph City Council meets tonight.

The agenda includes an emergency amendment to the city's budget to award a contract to EL Crawford construction for nearly $65,000 in renovations to the Missouri Theater Shop. The council will also consider a 3 million dollar contract with HDR Engineering to design a water protection facility ammonia removal project, and a hundred thousand dollar plan to buy real estate and lease it back to the St. Joseph Business Park corporation to build a shell building. The St. Joseph Council meets at 7 tonight at City Hall.
