The university in Maryville starts the new year with a new partner in higher education.

Northwest president Dr. John Jasinski says he's looking forward to a new relationship to strengthen existing ties with the University of Missouri System. The UM system has a new president, Tim Wolfe. Jasinski says he considers Wolfe an important partner moving forward.
