MARYVILLE, MO (2012-01-19)

A second teen faces a charge in the alleged sex assault of an underage girl in Maryville.

17 year old Jordan Zech faces one felony count of sexual exploitation of a minor. The Nodaway County Sheriff's Office claims Zech allegedly used a cell phone to make a video of the underage girl engaged in acts with Matthew Barnett. Barnett has been charged with felony sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child. Investigators say alcohol played a role in the alleged crime. An un-named 15 year old also believed to be involved in case has been turned over to juvenile authorities.
