Northwest Missouri congressman Sam Graves is critical of president Obama's ideas for another year of trying to turn the economy around.
The Tarkio Republican says he's encouraged the president says he wants to work with the house of representatives on solutions, but questions why the administration and Democratic-led senate haven't in the past.
