MARYVILLE, MO (2011-01-31) The movement to apply the Anti-Texting Law to everyone driving in the state is moving forward in the statehouse.
Lawmakers banned texting and driving for drivers under 21. Now, a senate Bill wants it to apply to all drivers. Senator Ryan McKenna is sponsoring the Bill and says everyone should be banned from the practice. The Missouri Senate is also considering a measure to repeal the Motorcycle Helmet Law for adults.
