SAVANNAH, MO (Savannah Council Changes) The Savannah City Council continues its search for a city administrator.

Council members are meeting in closed session tonight to interview more candidates for the position. Six candidates are being considered by the council. Savannah also has a new alderman. Vernon townsend has been appointed by Savannah mayor Ron Steele. And Savannah Golf superintendent Tim Fox has resigned his position. The council has appointed Nate Campbell as the lead superintendent.
