Nodaway Statutory Rape

MARYVILLE, MO (2011-01-07) One man is awaiting court and police are searching for another man in a case of second degree statutory rape in Nodaway county.

Joshua Green of Maryville was arrested on December 29th for the crime and bond was set at $10,000. He goes to court Tuesday January 11th for that charge. Nodaway County sherriff Darren White says another suspect is on the run. White adds Green requested his $10,000 bond be reduced, but was denied. The victim is a 15 year old female from Maryville.
