MARYVILLE, MO (2011-01-04) People adopting animals at the new Nodaway Humane Society Shelter in Maryville aren't just picking pets, they are getting customized matches.

That is because staff there have been trained in the "Meet Your Match" program to analyze each dog or cat evaluating it for preferences and habits. Julie Gelina is certified for the testing. The "Meet Your Match" program being used at the Maryville Shelter has been shown to increase successful pet adoptions by 40%.
