TRENTON, MO (2011-01-28) The Green Hills Community Action Agency has just concluded a homeless census.

The count is a tally of who in the Trenton region is homeless on a given night and provides a snapshot of who experiences homelessness throughout the year. Green Hills Community Communications coordinator, Jennifer Farmer, explains the the homeless aren't always easy to spot. Part of the count's purpose is to report more accurate homeless statistics to the government so that funding may be more appropriately allocated.
