TARKIO, MO (2011-01-17) As the US congress goes back into session this week following the shooting of the Tucson congresswoman, the lawmaker from northwest Missouri predicts the people's house will quickly return to work.
Tarkio congressman Sam Graves says his small business committee this week will be focused on the finances of smaller companies. He says the priority is to streamline government programs to cut spending not to increase it. Graves says points out how far the Republican-controlled house agenda actually goes will be completely dependent on the Democratic-controlled senate.
