MARYVILLE, MO (2009-01-20) A Maryville man is sentenced after pleading guilty to a business break-in.
The prosecutor's office says Jordan Ungles faced felony burglary and a misdemeanor stealing charge in connection with a theft from Sumy Oil company in November.
He was sentenced to five years in prison, but then the sentence was suspended pending he complete 60 days in the local jail and successfully complete probation for 5 years.
Part of the sentence includes he make restitution to the victim and obtain his GED.
