MARYVILLE, MO (2009-01-21) Five St. Joseph residents are behind bars for an alleged robbery in midtown.
The police tell us they responded to the Gold Mine pawn shop to investigate a person there possibly trying to pawn stolen items.
Officers connected those with some stolen during a burglary on the 17th of this month.
They then went to an address in the 18-hundred block of Union Street in St. Joseph and discovered a cache of items investigators believe have been stolen during recent burglaries throughout the area.
Arrested on felony charges are David Smith, Kimberly Smith, Raymond Smith, and Bobby Buckler.
A fifth person arrested- a 29 year old- has not yet been charged.
