CARROL, LINN & LIVINGSTON COUNTY (2010-1-21) There a flood warning for Carrol, Linn and Livingston Counties until 7:30 tomorrow morning.

The Grand River near Sumner Missouri was near 25 and a half feet at 6 AM this morning with flood stage at 26 feet. The river is forecasted to reach 30 feet by Sunday morning and fall below flood stage by Monday afeternoon.
