Second St. Joseph Robbery

ST. JOSEPH, MO (2009-01-14) A second armed robbery this week for St. Joseph.

The police tell us a white male dressed in a camouflage jacket and dark pants went into Sonic on the north belt in St. Joseph.

He showed a black handgun and ordered employees lie on the ground- very similar to the break time convenience store robbery just hours before.

Police say he did take some cash and fled- possibly on foot.

Investigators say they're still looking into this robbery as well as the break time robbery- although they say it's too early to tell if the two are related.
