CLARINDA, IA (2010-01-14) The Clarinda City Council meets tonight.

Members are expected to appoint a mayor Pro-Tem as well as a city attorney. They'll also be considering the proposal for refinancing general obligation bonds from 2003 and 2004. The Clarinda City Council meeting starts at 6 at City Hall.
