Legion Building Collapse

Investigators continue to look into the cause of the collapse of a well-know Burlington Junction structure in northern Nodaway County.

According to Nodaway County Sheriff Darren White, a portion of the American Legion building collapsed yesterday afternoon.

White says a construction company was then called to bring down the rest of the building to kept it from collapsing further onto Highway 136.
