A Northwest Missouri State grad completes her personal journey on national TV.

Mercedes Ramirez was one of only 4 survivors of a plane crash that killed 160 other passengers, including both of her parents. Now, she's appearing on the ABC Network television show "The Revolution". Viewers are watching her work with trainers and others to lose weight and find the motivation to take care of herself. She says it's been a great lesson.

Her final episode recapping her journey is today at 1 O'clock on "The Revolution" on ABC. Features on Ramirez and the TV show are archived on the ABC website.
