The Sweetheart Big Band dance is set for Saturday night to benefit jazz scholarships at the university. The Northwest Jazz Ensemble and Vocalist Vanessa Parsons will provide live music. Ensemble director Dr. Bill Richardson says performing for the swing dancing will be a thrill. The Sweetheart Big Band dance is this Saturday starting at 7:30 at the Maryville Country Club. Tickets are available at the Fine Arts Building on campus or at the door.
