Princeton Chamber Cook-off

The Princeton Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring the event later this month complete with a panel of judges and food for the public once a winner is named. Each participant can bring 2 gallons of their special chili to the competition which will be February 18th at the Mercer County Senior Center at 6 that evening. Part of the event is a cake-cook-off as well bakers can enter a whole cake for judging. If you are interested you can contact "The Famous" in Princeton or the chamber.
