ST. JOSEPH, MO. (2010-2-4) The St. Joseph chamber celebrates with a ribbon cutting today.

A new convenience store is opening at the Mitchell Park Plaza. That's the former mead building on 11th street that will house 700 residents in loft-style apartments. The mini-store will not only provide services to the building's residents but the urban neighborhood and to those who attend fitness classes the facility offers.
