ROCK PORT, MO. (2010-2-10) The City of Rock Port recently passed a project that would upgrade the water distribution system.

The project is replacing a ground storage tank, all water meets, as well as making water main improvements. City administrator Dave Akins says the upgrade has been in need for quite some time. The City says once the improvements have been installed, the city will be better equiped to protect against fire.
