CLARINDA, IA. (2010-2-11) The Clarinda City council is holding a public hearing tonight to get input on borrowing more than a million dollars.

The City wants to get a loan not to exceed 1.475 million dollars to pay off general obligation debt it took out in 2003 and in 2004. The public hearing is one of the items on tonight's City council meeting in Clarinda which starts at 6 in City Hall.
