CHILLICOTHE, MO. (2010-2-11) A Chillicothe traffic stop turns to pot according to police their.

Authorities say they made the stop in the 500 block of Washington Street. Inside police say they found marijuana and arrested 33 year old Alicia Smith and 37 year old Daniel Morgan. Both allegedly had less than 35g of pot. They're both out of jail on bond pending their court date.
