TRENTON, MO. (2010-2-9) There are changes for the Osteo-Flex class offered at the Ketcham Community Center in Trenton.

The classes will now begin following the official arthritis foundation exercise program. They will last eight weeks and will offer numerous health benifits says fitness director, Lisa Schilling. The class will begin Monday, February 22nd. For more information or to registar for the class contact the Ketcham Community Center by this Friday.
