SAVANNAH, MO. (2010-2-23) Tougher EPA regulations are concerning Missouri lawmakers.
One of those is Savannah's Brad Lager, who chairs the Missouri senate committee on energy and the environment. Lager is concerned people with a non-agricultural background are serving on the Missouri air conservation commission and in Washington. Lager says wrong strategies could hurt the local farmer. Lager says he'll push for more state oversight to check more carefully the candidates to the Missouri air conservation commission.
