LIVINGSTON COUNTY, MO. (2010-2-2) Livingston County Health Center presents "It's a New Day", which is a 10 week health program designed to help people prevent or deal with with obesity.

It's a New Day will teach people about healthy eating, portion control, how to add activity into your diet, and other ways to show people what is a healthy diet. Livingston County Health Center wants to help out Missouri residents but has a national goal in mind. Regestration is going on now until Febuary 12, and the program starts on Febuary 24 at Livingston County Health Center.
