Travelin' To 'Bama

MARYVILLE, MO (2008-12-09) The city of maryville will pick up and transfer to the state of alabama this weekend.

That's when the northwest missouri state bearcats are playing for the national n-c-double-a championship.

The university has scheduled several events and is even coordinating a fan bus to travel down.

Tickets for the bus can be purchased at the student services center in the administration building.

The bus leaves at 8 friday morning for the 14-hour ride.

Passengers will arrive just in time for the tailgate party… set for 9 in the morning north of the braly municipal stadium in florence.

There's also a post-game celebration at the florence/lauderdale coliseum in florence alabama as well.

Anyone needing information on travel arrangements or even the block of rooms already reserved can call northwest at 5 6 2- 12-12.
