Clarinda, Ia. (2009-12-16) The Clarinda City Council meets tonight.

Members will have a public hearing on an amendment to the city wide urban revitalization plan and possibly pass it.

Two police officers will also be sworn in: Aaron Riddle and Justin Ridnour.

The Clarinda City Council meeting starts at 6 at City Hall.
