Chillicothe Burglaries

CHILLICOTHE, MO (2008-12-03) Two more business break-ins are already reported this week in Chillicothe.

This follows on the heels of what the police department calls a "string" of 6 or 7 business burglaries in the last couple of weeks.

Sergeant Tony Kirkendoll warns business owners to take steps now to avoid problems.

Kirkendoll also suggests business owners pay attention to people hanging around their establishment and watch vehicles there at odd times.

He says the Chillicothe Police Department is more than willing to respond to any tips or concerns at a business, even if they turn out to be nothing.
