MARYVILLE, MO (2011-12-05)
The future of a collapsed business on the ground in Maryville remains up in the air.
"The Pub" was an iconic watering hole in Maryville's downtown district until the south wall and roof collapsed on September first. Since then it's remained untouched, surrounded by street barricades. Maryville city inspectors have declared the building unsafe, but are calling it stable. City code enforcement officer James Wiederholt says one concern is severe weather or high winds hitting the structure. He says the next step is up to the building's owner.
