Students at Northwest Missouri State have a new food laboratory to work in.
Dietetics, foods, and nutrition students left dated kitchens with orange formica-covered countertops and traded it for stainless steel and upgraded projection technology. Instructor Dr. Lauren Leach says the areas are multi-functional.
