MOUND CITY, MO (2010-12-16) This Saturday the state theater arts council, Missouri Arts Council, and the Ideker family will be putting on its 23rd Annual Christmas Concert featuring Keith Plott in Mound City.

Plott is a southern gospel soloist and will be lighting up the town by performing Christmas carols. Linda Boultinghouse president of the States Theater Arts Council explains how the concert got its title. The concert is this Saturday night at 7 at the state theater located downtown in Mound City. Tickets can be purchased at the door.
