MARYVILLE, MO (2010-12-24) The Clyde Monastery for the Sisters of Perpetual Adoration East of Maryville will not have its normal public Christmas eve mass this year, due to renovations.
THe renovations are updating the building to make it more accessible to patrons and guests. Many steps have been removed, as well as two wings that were not being used effectively. Sister Sean Douglas says the remodeling well benefit the monastery. The renovations are scheduled to be complete by the end of this coming summer, around September.
