CLARINDA, IA (2010-12-23) The Clarinda city council meets tonight.

On the agenda is adoption of the hazard mitigation plan, extending an invitation for a visit to Clarinda's sister city in Japan, amending the ordinance for no parking zones, and approving a request by the Clarinda volunteer Fire Department to appoint Roger Williams as fire chief for another 2-year term. The city council meeting starts at 6 tonight at city hall.
