CHILLICOTHE, MO (2010-12-14) A Chillicothe woman is arrested after police there run a drug sting.

Police arrest Amber Holstine for allegedly attempting to obtain a controlled substance and possession of stolen property. It started with a report of a stolen cell phone. The suspect contacted the owner of that phone saying it would be returned in exchange for cash and a delivery of controlled prescription pills. Police were alerted and Holstine was arrested as the tried to return the phone. Holstine is also on probation on multiple felony forgery charges.
