COLUMBIA, MO. (2009-12-10) The Oats board of directors held its 38th annual board of directors meeting Tuesday, December 1st in Columbia Missouri.
It was a review of statistical and operating reports showed the during fiscal year 2009. That review states that Oats drivers have provided 1,628,076 one-way trips to nearly 32,000 Missourians. It also goes on the State that Oats buses traveled 15,008,123 miles to provide service in the 87 Counties that Oats, Inc serves. Other highlights of the year included funding from the American recovery and reinvestment act that was used by the Missouri department of transportation to purchase 135 new vehicles for Oats. All board meeting are held at Oats home office in Columbia and are open to the public.
