NEBRASKA CITY, NE (2009-12-11) The city council in Nebraska City agrees to change traffic flow in anticipation of a new elementary school opening.

Council members approved "No Parking" signage at the intersection of 13 street to 14th avenue. The council wants to cut down on the number of cars turning and stopping in front of the new Northside elementary school. The Nebraska City council also approved the purchase of a rescue truck for the fire department for about $400,000.
