MARYVILLE, MO (2009-12-07) The number are out for the Northwest Missouri highway patrol's thanksgiving holiday crackdown.

Called "Care", or "combined accident reduction effort", troopers out of the St. Joseph area report 9 DWI arrests 433 tickets for speeding, nearly 70 seat belt violations and 3 child restraint citations. Although troopers worked 17 crashes, they say two of which were alcohol related there were no fatalities in the troop H Northwest Missouri region over the thanksgiving holiday weekend.
