The Northwest Missouri State Board of Regents meets tomorrow afternoon at 1 o'clock.

The main item on their agenda will be a discussion on Athlete Drug Education, Testing and Counseling. Tomorrow's session will be held in the President's Conference Room located in the Administration Building.
