Maryville Council Approves Street Project

MARYVILLE, MO (2012-08-28)

The Maryville City Council last night approved the construction contract for the South Depot Street project.

City Manager Greg McDanel says Loch Sand and Construction of Maryville was awarded the contract for the just over 1 million dollar project.

McDanel says the project is expected to be completed in 9 to 12 months. The Maryville City Council also approved the property tax rate for the fiscal year beginning October 1st. McDanel says the rate will remain the same as last year.
