Troop H Highway Patrol in Northwest Missouri conducted an 8 hour Boating While Intoxicated saturation yesterday.
According to Commanding officer of Troop H Highway Patrol, Duane Robinson, 2 troopers were assigned to monitor the Missouri River in Buchanan County on Monday. The troopers issued 18 warnings- 1 marine equipment violation- 1 marine moving arrest and 1 felony warrant arrest. According to Robinson, the Boating While Intoxicated saturation is a message to the general public that impaired boating will not be tolerated.
