St. Joseph's signature festival starts tomorrow and is expected to attract about 45,000 visitors the next 3 days.

Organizers say the goal of the "Trails West" festival is to bring art and people together through booths, concerts, and food. The St. Joseph allied arts council executive director Teresa Fankhouser says new for this year's festival is a village concept.

Trails West is at Civic Center Park near City Hall in St. Joseph. It runs through Sunday.
