Chillicothe police arrest a convicted sex offender after he was reportedly loitering at Simpson Park.

Police say 58 year old Phillip Servos was arrested for a parole violation and violating his restrictions. They say Servos was hanging around the park on multiple occasions for extended periods. Servos was convicted for a 1989 offense against a 26 year old woman and is on the state's sex offender registry.
