ATCHISON COUNTY, MO (2011-08-10)

An Atchison Kansas native has been assigned to protect residents of Grundy, Livingston, and Mercer counties.

Trooper Joseph Wombwell has graduated from the state patrol's law enforcement academy in Jefferson City. He's patrolling the 3 county area in north central Missouri and performing other duties for the patrol as assigned. Wombwell also holds a MBA degree from Rockhurst University in Kansas City.
