Hollands's First Day

This is the first day on the job for Chillicothe's new city administrator.

Ike Holland comes in as an assistant county manager Montrose county, Colorado and was picked by 6 of the 9 members on the local committee that chose him over 51 candidates. Chillicothe mayor Chuck Haney  says Holland's background should serve Chillicothe well.

Holland is a native of Coffeyville Kansas.
