A performance artist walking 2,000 miles is now in our region and has passed day one hundred.

Laura Milkins is walking from her doorstep in Tucson to her mother's in Grand Rapids Michigan. She says she's in search of community, old school social networking as she calls it, staying with strangers to her but locals who call friends in the next town to help her. She says the geography and people change daily.
