Missouri senator Roy Blunt is warning local governments the signing of the debt deal is also the start of less money going to the states.
Blunt voted for the measure, calling it the best deal possible considering the dynamics. But he says state and local governments should prepare for less money as the special legislative committee starts to negotiate another one and half trillion dollars in federal cuts.
Blunt says he sees the special legislative committee as having the potential to create big changes in federal economic policy.© Copyright, KXCV
