A unique start-up is celebrating its grand opening in Atchison, Kansas this Saturday.

"The Artist Box" carries all kinds of artist supplies for various mediums. It's also a space for pottery making and projects for the public, and even offering Saturday classes with exploring a different type of art each month. Owner Ronda Crossland says she's hoping it will thrive in Atchison.

The grand opening for Atchison's Artist Box on 731 Commercial Street runs Saturday from 9 to 3.
